DOMS
I am very pleased to report I am experiencing DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) from yoga. My abs, gluts (butt) and adductors (inner thigh) are tender to very tender.

About Me
Michelle Hache
Michelle Haché is a certified reflexologist with the Ontario College of Reflexology and a Reiki practitioner. She is also a certified Birth Doula through CAPPA, and Stillbirthday as a birth and Bereavement doula, and a Cesarean and VBAC Support. She is a mother to two beautiful girls, a wife to an incredibly supportive husband, and an avid dancer and fitness enthusiast who also loves the outdoors. The outdoors reminds her of the natural healing powers the body can harness. She is passionate about the work she does because she recognizes her small acts have a huge impact on the individuals and therefore the families and communities she works with.
