Sorry I missed posting yesterday. Wednesday I went out to an amazing a fast birth. I had a fantastic breakfast that morning before heading out. it was good that I did because I didn't get to eat again until 2 pm and then it was a Tim Horton's chicken salad and two ginger molasses cookies. For dinner we had leftovers, mine consisted of 1 1/2 cups of butter chicken, 1 1/4 rice and quinoa and 1 cup of green beans. At 9:30 pm I had a gingerale and peach vodka, yummy and was asleep by 10 pm.
At 5 am Thursday I woke up in terrible abdomenal and back pain. It made it very difficult to get comfortable so I switch off my alarm deciding not to get up at 6 am for my workout out and to instead work out on Sunday which was scheduled to be my rest day. I got up at 7:10 am. I did some computer work and prepping for the weekend, forgetting to eat anything until 9:20 am, then two rice cakes with 1 tbsp of peanut butter between them and off to the post office and then to teach Aquafit.
Came back did some work for CRS. I am really hoping the craving for Twix bars while doing CRS work will stop soon, it was less yesterday. Both Wednesday and Thursday my hydration was not as good as it should have been. For dinner last night we had chicken chow mein. I had 1 1/2 - 2 cups and 2 cups of milk, with 6 green beans and then ran out the door for an interview. I was in bed by 10:30 pm.
This morning I did 25 minutes of Party Express and 35 minutes Booty something with Shaun T. I will go shower and have some breakfast. As soon as I get Elizabeth on the bus I am rushing in Mississauga for a 2 hour meeting with a client, then off to visit the new baby, getting paid today from three sources which is much needed. I need to stop off at Costco and pick up some pictures and then off to Ingersoll to go hang out with Peighton to spend some time with my favourite niece whose name starts with a P and do some holiday spoiling. Dinner probably won't be a good quality meal nutrition wise, but it will still be a good meal.
Tomorrow Elizabeth has a friend over until 12 pm and then we will decorate for Christmas. I am not sure when I will get my workout it, but I will find a way.
Oh I forgot the best part about yesterday, one of the lifeguards at the pool mentioned she could see I have lost weight from my face and belly. I had not told her anything, so it was so exciting and encouraging to hear. Thanks Peggy for making my day.

Alright so this will be a short post. As I was near the end of my workout a client called in labour.
Yesterday was challenging. Sitting at my desk working for CRS I have developed a hbit of eating a chocolate bar. The craving was strong and long lasting but I prevailed. I did not drink as much as I should have but I did good.
I also got my mark back on my 3rd assignment 99% woohoo.
Today I did 45 minutes with Shaun T Disco express and Hard Core abs. Now I am off to take a shower and prepare for my day. I will need to cancel a reflexology appointment, my interview for a birth that was scheduled for tonight e-mailed and asked if we could reschedule until tomorrow so it looks as though my day was clearing in anticipation, thank you universe.

I sit at the computer drenched in sweat, what a glorious feeling. So let's get the "big" stuff out of the "weigh". I did my measurements yesterday which was day 20 of my 28 day cycle.
Neck 14.25"
Shoulders 46"
Biceps 12.5"
Chest 42.75"
Waist 42"
Hips 46.75"
Thighs 25.75"
Calves 15.5"
Big but still hourglass. My weight was 190 lbs.
I did fairly well yesterday to eating, not great but it was good to bring more awareness into my eating. I started off with a smoothie, it had 1/4 c orange juice, 1/2 banana, 1 c mango, 1 1/2 c of water and a big scoop of protein powder. I then had 10 oz of green tea and finished off the 750 ml of water I started with my workout.
I then went and taught Aquafit and had another 750 ml of water. Then off to Costco where I spent $234.00 but got some good stuff. I got home around 1 pm and I was starving and really needed to pee. As I put away the groceries I had more than my share of pecan, probably 5-6 handfuls. I then ate 1 c cherry tomatoes, 2 c of fresh green beans, oh my god they were delicious, they tasted as they do fresh out of my Opa's garden, it was fantastic. I also ate a 1 1/2" block of cheese, next time I should weigh it.
I then completed my third assignment worth 15% of my final grade for my advanced reflexology course and enjoyed a 10 oz cup of jasmine tea.
For dinner I had a slightly larger than serving size piece of mediterranean pork, loads with onions, tomatoes, herbs and a few pieces of feta cheese and 1 1/4 c of long grain rice and quinoa with some mediterranean dressing, I know it was awesome but it is a start.
From 7 - 9:30 pm I taught my last prenatal class with this one group. They were so lovely and I know they will make amazing parents. I had a 10 oz cup of Candy Cane Lane tea while I taught. After I finished teaching I really wanted a beer, so I indulged.
At 10 pm I was hungry. I had been trying to hold it off but couldn't any longer so I had eight pecans and 1 1/4" block of cheese. I do love cheese.
I did not sleep well last night, I kept waking up through the night. I think I will take 1 tablet of melatonin tonight. 6 am came very early and I was not eager to get out of bed. Today I did the 15 minute Mark, move and groove and the 25 minute party express with Shaun T. It was great. I was glad Marc didn't do it with me it may have killed him with activity and choreography. Next week I will focus of weight training and he can join me then. There was a girl in the video who had my ideal body, so that will be my referene/incentive point. It will take great dedication but I am confident I can get there 1/4" by 1/4" if necessary. Of to have some breakfast and start my day. I have CRS work to do today so there will be a lot of sitting and running up and downstairs for tea and washroom breaks. Until tomorrow.

Okay, I really need to get my ass in gear and though I tell myself that on a regular basis I still seem to fall back to inconsistency. So I have decided I need more follow through and the accountability this blog seemed to provide was very helpful last time. I hope you enjoy my ramblings as I walk down the path of wellness.
Today I did just 15 minutes of Shaun T's Mark, Move and Groove with my Marc. Today I am grocery shopping, teaching aquafit, working on making some Chrsitmas presents as well as studying for my Advanced Clinical Assessment of Reflexology course and teaching a childbirth ed class tonight. After dinner I will attempt to get in some yoga with Elizabeth or a walk would be good. My plan for food is to increase my water and protein intake and keep a food journal here as well. The more honest I am with myself and now you the more likely I am to succeed.
