Sorry I missed posting yesterday. Wednesday I went out to an amazing a fast birth. I had a fantastic breakfast that morning before heading out. it was good that I did because I didn't get to eat again until 2 pm and then it was a Tim Horton's chicken salad and two ginger molasses cookies. For dinner we had leftovers, mine consisted of 1 1/2 cups of butter chicken, 1 1/4 rice and quinoa and 1 cup of green beans. At 9:30 pm I had a gingerale and peach vodka, yummy and was asleep by 10 pm.
At 5 am Thursday I woke up in terrible abdomenal and back pain. It made it very difficult to get comfortable so I switch off my alarm deciding not to get up at 6 am for my workout out and to instead work out on Sunday which was scheduled to be my rest day. I got up at 7:10 am. I did some computer work and prepping for the weekend, forgetting to eat anything until 9:20 am, then two rice cakes with 1 tbsp of peanut butter between them and off to the post office and then to teach Aquafit.
Came back did some work for CRS. I am really hoping the craving for Twix bars while doing CRS work will stop soon, it was less yesterday. Both Wednesday and Thursday my hydration was not as good as it should have been. For dinner last night we had chicken chow mein. I had 1 1/2 - 2 cups and 2 cups of milk, with 6 green beans and then ran out the door for an interview. I was in bed by 10:30 pm.
This morning I did 25 minutes of Party Express and 35 minutes Booty something with Shaun T. I will go shower and have some breakfast. As soon as I get Elizabeth on the bus I am rushing in Mississauga for a 2 hour meeting with a client, then off to visit the new baby, getting paid today from three sources which is much needed. I need to stop off at Costco and pick up some pictures and then off to Ingersoll to go hang out with Peighton to spend some time with my favourite niece whose name starts with a P and do some holiday spoiling. Dinner probably won't be a good quality meal nutrition wise, but it will still be a good meal.
Tomorrow Elizabeth has a friend over until 12 pm and then we will decorate for Christmas. I am not sure when I will get my workout it, but I will find a way.
Oh I forgot the best part about yesterday, one of the lifeguards at the pool mentioned she could see I have lost weight from my face and belly. I had not told her anything, so it was so exciting and encouraging to hear. Thanks Peggy for making my day.
