November 27

I sit at the computer drenched in sweat, what a glorious feeling.  So let's get the "big" stuff out of the "weigh".  I did my measurements yesterday which was day 20 of my 28 day cycle. 

Neck 14.25"
Shoulders 46"
Biceps 12.5"
Chest 42.75"
Waist 42"
Hips 46.75"
Thighs 25.75"
Calves 15.5"

Big but still hourglass.  My weight was 190 lbs.

I did fairly well yesterday to eating, not great but it was good to bring more awareness into my eating.  I started off with a smoothie, it had 1/4 c orange juice, 1/2 banana, 1 c mango, 1 1/2 c of water and a big scoop of protein powder.  I then had 10 oz of green tea and finished off the 750 ml of water I started with my workout.

I then went and taught Aquafit and had another 750 ml of water.  Then off to Costco where I spent $234.00 but got some good stuff.  I got home around 1 pm and I was starving and really needed to pee.  As I put away the groceries I had more than my share of pecan, probably 5-6 handfuls.  I then ate 1 c cherry tomatoes, 2 c of fresh green beans, oh my god they were delicious, they tasted as they do fresh out of my Opa's garden, it was fantastic.  I also ate a 1 1/2" block of cheese, next time I should weigh it.

I then completed my third assignment worth 15% of my final grade for my advanced reflexology course and enjoyed a 10 oz cup of jasmine tea.

For dinner I had a slightly larger than serving size piece of mediterranean pork, loads with onions, tomatoes, herbs and a few pieces of feta cheese and 1 1/4 c of long grain rice and quinoa with some mediterranean dressing, I know it was awesome but it is a start.

From 7 - 9:30 pm I taught my last prenatal class with this one group.  They were so lovely and I know they will make amazing parents.  I had a 10 oz cup of Candy Cane Lane tea while I taught.  After I finished teaching I really wanted a beer, so I indulged.

At 10 pm I was hungry.  I had been trying to hold it off but couldn't any longer so I had eight pecans and 1 1/4" block of cheese.  I do love cheese.

I did not sleep well last night, I kept waking up through the night.  I think I will take 1 tablet of melatonin tonight.  6 am came very early and I was not eager to get out of bed.  Today I did the 15 minute Mark, move and groove and the 25 minute party express with Shaun T.  It was great.  I was glad Marc didn't do it with me it may have killed him with activity and choreography.  Next week I will focus of weight training and he can join me then.  There was a girl in the video who had my ideal body, so that will be my referene/incentive point.  It will take great dedication but I am confident I can get there 1/4" by 1/4" if necessary.  Of to have some breakfast and start my day.  I have CRS work to do today so there will be a lot of sitting and running up and downstairs for tea and washroom breaks.  Until tomorrow.
