A fresh start

I am excited to be sharing some good news with you.

1. I am not as far back as I thought I was. When I began this journey I was 192 lbs. Today I am 186 lbs.

2. Also when I look back to my measurements from the last time I was this weight they seem to be smaller. Now I am not sure if maybe I was taking measurements in a slightly different place. So I have decided tonight I will set aside "measurement clothes" and completely tape off exactly where I measure. That way all I have to do is line up the tape measure to get more accurate readings.

3. I did two of the three recommended 10 minute trainer videos. The cardio one really winded me. I think I may still have a little wheeze, but it was good. The ab video I didn't do fully as my wrist was really aching. I will have to find some modifications and work on strengthening my wrist again.

So to stay accountable here are my measurements. I will post the pictures later and measurements will come every 15 days.

Neck 14"
Shoulders 44"
Biceps 13"
Chest 41 1/4"
Waist 41 1/2"
Hips 46 1/2"
Thigh 24 1/2"
Calf 15 1/4"
