New year

When I reflect on last year the thing I am not pleased with was how fast I let go of my commitment to my health. I have yoyo'ed back to where I was last February if not slightly further. I just purchased Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer as birthday gift for myself. I know people are more successful if they have support or partners, which is the reason I created this blog. I just started my cycle today and am feeling quite run down. From the Beachbody website they recommended taking 12 pictures in various poses every 30 days. I will begin next Monday once the kids are back in school and my period has ceased.

I also placed holds on several yoga videos from the library. I am very excited to get started. Chat soon.
