This morning I taught a great class at Fitness One. It was so great to see the ladies I used to lead and many new faces as well. The class was a fun, fabulous workout. They tried really hard to convince me to come back. I came home on such a high, it was great. Drank lots of water and tea today and ate quite well.
Tomorrow is my day of self nuturing and rest so I will not blog. Talk to you all on Monday.
