The time has come for me to make a serious and committed effort to returning to a healthy weight. In January I turned 31 and though that is still young the hands of time make every effort harder and harder.
So I decided to cement this effort with a fast easy to do, though very challenging workout routine (thank you Sonny), and a daily walk before bed on the elliptical. I am keeping a food and exercise log, using a vision board, and positve thoughts and affirmations every evening before bed. I have also committed to this blog. So that any slip will be shared, no pressure though.
I take this journey not for myself but for my family and wanting to be around them, able to enjoy my time with them, to have the energy and strength to do all I have ever wanted.
