My body is beginning to show signs of my workouts, but not quite as I intended. Today I was doing an exercise that I wrap a band around the pole in my basement. Well the band snapped and whipped across the back of my arm. Little problem, big bruise.
I didn't eat as well today. A slice of cold pizza for breakfast as I ran out the door late. Leftover chicken and rice for lunch and a healthy dinner. Less tea and water. But I got in my fast and furious workout and felt much better doing it today and also taught Cardio Scuplt and it was good. Great cardio good strength training.
Feeling tired now and know I will be sore in the morning. Nothing like hair of the dog to get that lactic acid moving. I am looking forward to my early morning wake up workout. Just cardio tomorrow morning, intense cleaning, teaching Aquafit and preparing for a childbirth education class. It will be an incredible day.
