February 2nd

I got to sleep in today. However I still got my workouts in. At 11-12 I went to Zumba and had an awesome time, sweat a ton. It helped with some of the DOMS (Delayed onset muscle soreness) I had from yesterday's workout. Had a healthy, fast lunch and off to a great interview. Had three cups of tea and three containers of 750 ml of water. Had four slices of pizza though for dinner but it was good veggie pizza and ran out to teach my muscle conditioning class. I will definitely be sore tomorrow but I will be back to my "got no time, get her done" workout.

Thanks for all your encouragement. I can't wait to share some results with you. I will be weighing in on February 11th. I am feeling good, more lively and energetic though tonight my brain is totally fried. That is not good because Marc has already gone to bed and I really need to work on a birth story.
